Low salary . Even after working for more than 3 years same salary . Too much comission. No respect. Employee should do whatever they assign to do even their personal work.

This company salary 9 to 10 th date going not proper date no yearly salary increase Rs 9777 this amount from joining date till date so salary increase every year properly I so well please not obey supervisor not visiting anybody all details only phone call. Dislikes

All are working for our responsibility and commitments and to fullfill our career these three things are fullfill by money so what we are working but this company is not giving out full payment they will take their commission after that they will giving salary to us

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
