Opportunity... In ciron you will get opportunity to do a big project and involve in to make a decision.

Salary always matters in ciron.. You will not get higher appraisal and other benefits to get others income also (like OT, Long leave encashment)

Salary structure Work duty time is more than actual (9-6) Bad politics N health issues also- we can't eat in mid time only lunch time n we can't carry our water bottle also More work load

I am Pramod Singh. I have been working in Ciron Pharmaceuticals for the past 3 years.So far,my experience is really good.The most valuable quality of Ciron pharmaceutical is it's work culture.Satisfaction of their employees is their foremost priority.Even though the work is fast- paced,the work environment is relaxed and calm atmosphere is present there.On Monday mornings I don't dread going to work,and the managers are incredibly patient and accommodating.I highly recommend this company for all the job seekers out there from the pharma industry.

Good Learning, Great atmosphere. The company gives training, job security is good for people who focus on work, career growth possible, salary is timely paid, and time to time appraisal, and the work environment is good. You can learn while working, but you got to work hard.
