Abrupt termination and unprofessional conduct. I’m writing this review to express my concern about the company’s recent handling of employee terminations. I recently witnessed a colleague being terminated without any prior notice. Their access to company systems was immediately revoked and their laptop was reset without any opportunity to retrieve personal files. This incident is deeply concerning as it demonstrates a lack of respect for employees and a disregard for basic professional standards. Terminating an employee without prior notice can have severe emotional and financial consequences. The way this termination was handled also raises questions about data security and privacy. I urge the company to review its termination policies ands implement a more humane and professional approach. This should include providing adequate notice, allowing employees to retrieve personal belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition process. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances of their departure.
