...g. Like to work friendly with everyone. company reputation n management is good. They gives a good salary to the people and there is a proper management in every cipla field.

People do politics and if someone is working good .. then the person cant see him ..so they do rubbish this n complete to the manager. N fresher should get a chance, so they can work with all responsiblty .

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

...y 5th 2019 without proper reason. Even i didn't sent my resignation to them yet. They holded my salary and my expenses too. Nobody will respond properly in this organization. Even company sent me an invoice which shows i was liable to them for 22000rs which they are asking me to pay. This is the least i can say about this company.... CIPLA IS THE WASTE.

No one in the manager level had helped me in the work... Even my reporting manager didn't explained me how to report but he wants me to report the he worked with me even when he didn't come for joint work with me.

...west in industry. Ratings are not discussed by boss and are given anonymously. As per quantam of work and pressure enough compensation not paid.

My association with Cipla was just for 1 year apprx. where i found good manager and teammate but company is still not able to provide an unbiased and deserving promotion to their employee.
