Employee who are working from long time not taking responsibility and they are allocated to newly joined employee, no working management by Manager, no planning from CFT and employees sffuring to maintain working life balance, no adquate man power.

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
