Likes

Productive culture, fun, world class facilities Lots of movement to grow your self. Good training programme conducted time to time. Top level working I never seen before cipla.

In SP, I did not get salary according to my work.

They does not appraise and do not poromote. Not all over the cipla, but in my department (form fill seal FFS packing, production manufacturing). That's why I'm leaving the company

...dards are maintained in production department -EBR system is being implemented -lunch, dinner, breakfast provided at minimal rate, life insurance, bus service, pf and yearly bonus provided -descent field for ITI and diploma candidate -Alternate Saturdays off -3 shifts are there

-Less manpower hence many time employees are asked to continue 2 consecutive shifts i.e. 8+8=16 Hours(it is not easy to work 2 consecutive shifts as we are continuosly standing and hardworking during shift 🥲)(C-off is there but no guarantee of getting it) -worst training process for new joiners(hardly 1-2 people were aware of training process and without completing this process we can't start working officially, so we have to beg to trainer for completing training, it is not case in other companies about training) - still I will say it is a good company because in every company some problem will be there,

Work experience is very good. good company for learning purpose.

Dislikes

80% maintenance activity done by contract employee but they do not get the some benefits and proper salary , their credit is taken by other cipla employees. and contract head.
