Work is not given to new employee and only work on existing issues. There is no involvement of team in new projects or learnings. Only old resources/employees get the exposure to new learnings or project.

There is nothing in this company to like about. One of the worst company I’ve ever worked in.

Too much politics , since it’s a small company. They don’t want you to grow , and if you you’re going there for the purposes of growth , it’s not the place. Too much negativity from both manager and colleagues. I request you not to join this company.

Please don't join cintra software and services as there is no job security at all. Save your career, experience and most valuable thing is time by not joining cintra even if they offer higher salary because if they dont get work then you will be on Risk. Save yourself by not treating bad by these peoples. Nothing positive in the company.

Everything you dislike over there. Save yourself by not humiliating. These small companies doesn't have standards, they can ruin you in seconds.
