Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The software products they develops are technically advanced, using latest technology and framework. They give correct timelines for development.

Dislikes

It’s not an employee friendly company. The management structure is not well organized. Only 1 or 2 person had to work on the projects, almost like one man army. There is no technical head to company, only individual have to struggle if any issues. They will keep you until the project you working finished, once finished they will terminate. Bcz other projects will be either full or on different technology. They are very strict to their timings, if we are late for 5,10min we need to send email, we are not allowed to go outside office during working hours, need to inform HR and team lead.
