Starting from training, there's no such training program for an HR and the role which is offered has end number of responsibilities, teamwork and team coordination is pathetic, carrer growth in company overall is good but not for an HR coordinator position, moreover the salary and appraisals are very poor, work environment is not professional at all, it's like an HR has to play a role of parent or guardian Or a teacher and explain everyone how to do job before explaining their role we desire them to. Work life balance is average as we are expected to work more than our boundaries or the offer which was given at the time of joining, instead of an HR job it becomes sales and marketing job to get people on board for hiring purpose. The benefits provided for employees are good and the people interested making a career In operations have good scope but for an HR profile it's good for a fresher to understand the basics but Scope provided is very minimal.
