Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Working on model development and writing queries

Dislikes

The thing is that for every project its the same tables and same queries. No new tables or data. There is one lead who is pretty bad in that company who doesn't know much. Even you are a fresher he degrades you and compares with always iit guys. Which he himself not from iit. No new technologies. No writing of new libraries just same query and same code for every project. Not a good company to learn and not a good lead to work under.
