Note: All these FAKE 5 star ratings are by the company management itself. Ciklum is a typical STAFFING COMPANY which would allure you with initial decent salary to make you move from your stable job and join them, just to FIRE you after couple of months once their work is done or due to lack of work. And they NEVER get any work from their customers apart from some 2 to 3 month assignments and that too very rarely .

They fire people with AK47 Gun EVERY MONTH. Being a HR is the dirtiest job in this company as EVERY MONTH you need have those ugly calls with many of your colleagues to inform them that they are FIRED and that too for none of their fault and only because the company is extremally mismanaged by the JOKER management . And this sucks . If you get a call from this company just disconnect the call and block their number .

...tter states that if you are on bench for 3 months then you'll be asked to leave. Out of the 3 months the last month is without pay. Worst experience.

The offered starting salary is good

No job security, it is hire and fire kind of a firm. If you are on bench, then you have no security. Indian office is setup last year, so we do not have any exposure.
