You are fortunate if you are under a manger who understands you and gives you shift time flexibility.

...e to embrace a new project irrelevant of your skills or else you'll be fired. 4. Salary/Appraisal - Appraisal is myth. While joining they'll bargain to as low as possible and convince you that you'll get performance appraisal within a year if your performance is good. Once you compromise on this and work hard for appraisal, they'll give you silly/illogical/irrelevant reasons to prove you are not up to their expectations. 5. Politics - You see yourself working hard and during hikes, someone less skilled will get better hike than you just because he is a boot licker of your manager. Cancer is better than IT politics. 6. Learning- Learning new stuff is very rare here, Online tutorials are better. 7. Work environment- Be prepared for micro management. You have to answer for your task on hourly basis. 8. Work-life balance - They don't care about your work-life balance they just want client's satisfaction. 9. Project Management - is complete mess. Automation engineers will die working as a manual tester. 10. Resource Manager - He'll assign you on project irrelevant of your skill-set. 11. PF - PF is deducted from your salary for both Employee and Employer contribution.

Dislikes

Management Politics. No project change available. No one cares if you perform well rather you should have contacts to get good project and learning. No Appreciation for the deserved ones. No future for the employee career.

Likes

Management played good role in saving the jobs of people during this pandamic. Company cut down 5% of CTC which was better than most of the companies. Company provides a good platform for freshers to learn and show their skills.

...ger forces employees to come to Hyderabad (other native states) and stay in pgs. If not coming to Hyderabad manager forces employees to go on loss of pay until they reach Hyderabad. No support of provided by higher management as well. This should be addressed because the employee who takes loss of pay may face some serious difficult financially.

...n 4 hours in office and will force others employees should maintain 9.5 hours. RMG Group is useless and i dont know the Management is paying Lac's of Salary.
