Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Omly inhand salary is good based on your ctc.

No salary hike Biased No appreciations No work life balance No parties No awards All releases are on Saturday and only half comp-off provided against that day and you cant deny to work on weekend.

Updated policies are not conveyed to the employee at the time of joining. HR do not responds to the queries properly. There is no co-ordination in HR departments (Payroll and leave). HR don't respect the policies and gives excuses of there own. Higher management in IT teams do not respect the processes or frameworks like Agile/Scrum, and encourage team members to do the same.
