My internship was virtual and the management tried to do their level best to give us an in-person experience. Great culture and talented individuals.

The project I was working on was very technical and did not add much conceptual knowledge. the knowledge acquired was to specific to one of the policies.

its my pleasure working with cigna health care , i love the fact that i am part of the team, my colleagues came from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration

HR policy and HR behavior and no response from HR work life balance is hard and also micromanagement

Ethos, pathos and Lagos. The organization gives you opportunity to make mistakes and learn from them.

There are times when decisions are biased and there is a clear discrimination between Europeans and Asians

This is a worst company to work with. There is no growth opportunity and you will land in trouble from day 1 once you join the company. Pressure is humongous and no one cares for you as a company employee. Management is extremely unhelpful and ruthless.
