No like point I have found in that organisation. Everyone is playing blem game to save themselves. Total nonsense work culture.

Blem game, manager are behaving like owner of us, no job security, no hike and no appraisal. Total worst work environment

The team i was working with was great. If you are an Engineer you have lot of scope but if you are in TA . Please think 100 times

Entire senior management is blind. All they follow is "You scratch my back and i will scratch your's"

there is nothing to like in this company

minimum 8 hours we have to be available in office there wont be any hike even if we work more then 3 years simply for no reason they will give layoff or ask us to resign poor management & company policy stick with limited number of clients & projects

I like very much with cientra management because of they are very supportive and encourage always with employees. And working environment also excellent to interact with all employees and management also.
