Do not join, if joined job life is jeopardy Pay scale is extremely low. Once contract over they force you to leave the client company instead of supporting permanent position for employees..

We got some opportunity to get some more experience while working with CIEL Hr Solution Ltd. If you're fresher and looking for job where you're looking for fields and office jobs then may go for CIEL Hr but you're already experienced in some fields So, you should apply to direct company payroll..
