You could work with Top level management people and as a fresher if you want to make a carrer in a sales and IT compnay you could learn from here alot.

...you join the company they will give you differnt roles which is not fair at all. and there are very few people who support you, and low salary and hike as per corporate standards.

This is a contract base job so depending on Client site mine is ONGC so that's a shift base working so times is manageable.

Not Fix holiday not public holiday just 2 off in a week also not weekend, no skill update just fix working base on client site

CI is always keep believing in freshers & non performer & trained them to handle latest technologies. Here we can explore more latest technologies to enhance your technical skills.

Worst company with worst policies. Request all pls don't join this company. Very bad behaviour of staff. Not got any support from the company staff.Worst HR policies. I have worked with the company in Luminous power technologies pvt ltd, they have harrassed me a lot. Also the working culture was worst. There was no proper office time, they have forced me to work on weekly off i.e Sunday. Also they have called me in night also if their is any issue with the printers or system . They have called me in night around 1 am also and if I refused to go then they said why u are are placed in this company u have to come otherwise we will terminate you.Once again I request to everyone who is reading my review, pls don't join this company.
