Easy Firm name to pronounce.

Dislikes

The Indian Office Lacks Hierarchy, NO HR System, No Leave Structure. Worst IT Setup. They always have server issue so its hard to work on petitions. Rabab the IT Head never responds to employee queries as he is relative of the CEO. Hardly any appraisal and that too on Manager's discretion. ZERO Perks to Indian Employee's. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU JOIN.

The firm is very mindful of their employees, they have the best teams to work with, very talented leaders who help out with doubts and queries patiently, great work life balance and they treat employees with care and acknowledge efforts. There are several initiatives to keep employees up to date with industry trends as well as fun activities planned to keep things light once in a while. Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
