I worked in this Company few months ago. I like company salary & benefits are awesome. Only Drop Cab facility is available.

Dislikes

Work life balance is so pressure in Chubb for developers. Cab facility is not available for Pickup

Work Life Balance is top notch, appraisal is on par the market standard and variable pay is fantastic, for the last 2 years I have seen everyone getting more than 100% variable pay. Last but not the least, since it is still establishing its footprint in India, job security is also good.

Dislikes

Mandane task becomes boring.. if you upgrade your skill, you may not get a chance to implement it.. Management forces everyone to come to office atleast 3 days a week so you can't expect to get WFH option

Umm, I can say I am working with the onshore team and I never faced any backlashes if I am doing something wrong, That's one advantage I can say.

Dislikes

Dislike there is a lot of company politics going on. I wasn't given any hike even after performing and giving deliverables within time. The worst company in the case of management. The onshore team was quite happy with my performance but the management, it's worse not giving any hike even after asking hike, if you are someone who only focuses on work and all they will not give a shit about you, they will just see how many times you come to office and how many times you come when the leadership team comes. Worst company for tech enthusiasts, and also not many projects to work on.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
