During covid, they have not done any salary deduction and have even not removed single contract labour though company was not doing good business due to Pandamic over and above this considering the pandamic condition chryso has even covered Medicalimed for parents after paying extra premium . even the company margin was badly hit diring covid company had provided increment to each employee in addition to yearly bonus Work Culture is very challanging and you will feel each day is new for you . You will be empowered & Motivated for evry thing by the managemnt .

You feel like you are independent. And there is no time limit for work but how many hrs you take for completing your task that type work result they have to accepting from you. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

You never schedule your life. Bcz there is not fix to work in certain location. You have to be ready for sudden change in location. You are not able to follow your daily schedule. And in the absence of you nobody take care of your responsibility. You feel like a technician. No matter what position you have. Job setisfaction is too less.

Implementation of new technologies. R&D collaboration with other counterparts situated at different location.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and management policies. No vision and trustworthiness. No value to R&D associates. Very poor organization set up/complete chaos during product development and technology transfer. Tremendous workload to QC with minimum facilities. Extremely poor technical knowledge among the employees resulted into high customer rejection.
