As a beginner i learned a lot of things and the things are how we can manufacture the admixture , adhesive and waterproofing products through mixing process and what's the sop , how to initialise the batch card and how to punch any stock after releasing from the qc team for final approval etc

Dislikes

The culture like labour behaviour is toxic and there is a lot of office politics seen on the shop floor as well as in office too . The working schedule is hectic we came on time but can't go on time because of load in production. Salary is average.

You feel like you are independent. And there is no time limit for work but how many hrs you take for completing your task that type work result they have to accepting from you. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

You never schedule your life. Bcz there is not fix to work in certain location. You have to be ready for sudden change in location. You are not able to follow your daily schedule. And in the absence of you nobody take care of your responsibility. You feel like a technician. No matter what position you have. Job setisfaction is too less.
