...te transparent. Company policies are good, but can be bent as management wishes. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus upto 3% if you are not sweet with management.

...ress issues with proper care, gets advise from third party which just mislead. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No training or international exposure to admin staff.

Juniors are always dominated. Favourism is followed. You cannot complain to HR as they are just for name sake actually RULE MAKER OR decision taker is the account lady who releases salary. And she is so rude and arrogant. Bosses are good but always listen to the senior

The culture, work time and exposure to work. It also gives employers to work with Government and Non Governmental Organization to support and to fulfil the people in remote village have been reached and given back their quality Life to Live.
