There are good chances to get the technical knowledge of waterprofing as you will get practical experience & the staff is much cooperative in the this manner.

Dislikes

The salary is the main issue, always the salay delayed by 1-1.5 months & allowances delayed by 2 months. Some of the employees are waiting for F&F since last 2yrs. So poor in this

Late salaries is biggest issue, Unfair appraisal, Use and throw type culture is developing, No growth, only chatu people are getting hike, Unprofessional HR , Politics, changes policies as per there convenience.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
