Poor management, Entry level engineers get no value, no hikes. Very old infrastructure. People with 5-8 yrs experience get about 25k per month. Zero growth.

Management doesn't really understands its employees needs and seems little to no interest of their personal growth. Most managerial people doesn't have suffice knowledge in their background hence they don't seem to care/promote the growth of budding engineers.

I have worked in Wipro infrastructure, Jalahalli cross, it was good experience, but steer worst company i have ever seen in my life, they do not handle the workers in proper way, they make discrimination between union and management workers,here the worst thing is union has compleate control over management. They do not give appointment letter till you leave the job. Indeed the company is shifting from Peenya to Coimbatore head office. Please do not approach the job aspirants to this company and spoil their life, please.

They don't give appointment. Patiality between union and management workers. No proper safety to workers. Totally management is worst.

One of the leading manufacturer of twin screw extruder machine in India.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the employee re hire policy here.

There is no on job training for freshers.Compensation is decent but growth is very slow.
