Dislikes

Politics was there by team mate due to all employe was of Ganpati Automobiles which was shutdown in 2017 and 90% employe was hired and dont want to follow system and process guidelined by MSIL. The most worst colleaque ever i had seen in my career was showRoom manager who dont have etiquate and manner and dont know how to talkmannerless person

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
