Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

High pay. Basic pay is satisfactory. But the incentive is as same as the salary during peak season. But comes with more running around.

Dislikes

No leave. Even during Christmas and Onam you won't get a single day off being in this post. Even office staff has to fight for their off days. Too much running around. To the airport and hotels. On the two wheeler especially !! Its a 24*7 job you can never keep your phone switched off or on silent after getting this job. The company literally owns you 24*7 ! They pay..and buy you. Go only if you are desperate for money
