Job security is amazing,working with company employee is really good but management really very worst,treat me like slave(Eg :suba Sri )

...ortunity to develop skills.only benefits is job security.carrier growth is zero.salary ,appraisal and promotion is very worst.If employee works for manager personal ,they are getting all benefits.only some of the management staffs like(Mrs Subasri) is getting all the benefits of the company and she is not desired for job profile and works for namesake.Even she can't able to handle the staffs at right way and doesn't have capability to work in accounts department,can't able to handle any team.The company is professional to work,due to some the staffs(Mrs Subasri) ,employee are getting irritate.

Only In company promotion you can't get salary hike as you deserved . Some of the points your salary is laser then your colleagues and team.

Appraisals are terrible here even if achieved 275% of ytd target they increase only 7% of salary..no personal life teams meeting every now and then infact after working hours also, continue warning of termination if you fail to achieve daily numbers

Murugappa group is a very big group, One of them is Chola General Insurance. Salary is good in the company.

The company has a great name, but the company's senior front-line executives are not doing well in support.. The company does not use today's technology in the work.

...nts like tata, icici, Hdfc far better. No stress and dirty internal politics. Variables pay also high as compare to mention company.

weekly 1 off, need to change in 5 day working week.
