Appraisals are terrible here even if achieved 275% of ytd target they increase only 7% of salary..no personal life teams meeting every now and then infact after working hours also, continue warning of termination if you fail to achieve daily numbers

...nts like tata, icici, Hdfc far better. No stress and dirty internal politics. Variables pay also high as compare to mention company.

weekly 1 off, need to change in 5 day working week.

Overall company is good. Working culture is satisfactory. Salary compensation is also as per industry norms .

I can't say much because I am not dissatisfied with company,I am dissatisfied with my channel. But still I can say company should change their approach according to the market competition. Orthodox and old system should change time to time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment. Employee oriented Company. Gives value to employees at all level. Platform to learn a lot with different verticals and challanges.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is little slow. Frequent changes in verticals, which somehow impact on individual's growth, in my opinion.
