They are working with small team so you cannot delegate any of the task. You can not take leave even a single day. Inorder to take leave you need to inform them one month before. Overall their client base is good.

Worst firm to work with.They will make you audit manager and make u do work of ROC and destroy your CA background completely. Their HR team is totally inefficient and keeps on deducting salaries for no reason. They give chances to undeserving people who just keep on falsely praising them.

Worst place to work. Prioritize only to their family members. Top level managements takes all credit of working. working time is fixed. not good place for LEARNING. They will tell you how to do it they will never tell why to do it.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
