There is no proper structure in the company. Management is worst on everything. Less salary. They won't pay claims n other benefits to employees on time or in the mentioned period as per policy. But management persons are enjoying and getting more on salary, shares etc.

Nothing good about working with this company.

Dislikes

I still have not received 3 months' salary till the date after resigning from the company-management is sitting in Mumbai and Hyderabad office not responding to the email. Completely blackmailing the employee to recover balance dues from another company, then only you will get the salary. Worst company I had worked till the date.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
