Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Many dislikes third class company worst experience in my life TL is not good Sagar , Atif , Shashank the worst TL dont know even any product. They only know how to talk with girls for there needs and the HR is fake promises and hiding all the time from employees i m having all the data base of MGL Which i m working for with all details dont work for that company no salary is given to employees on time no proper desk no fans nothing

Shit company shit employees and worst is the HR 👎 do don't work here the work environment is just very negative couldn't work there for more then 20 days don't even give you full salary don't make the mistake of working here
