If you're a beginner then this a good company for learning basics of POY industry.

No management and work culture, Poor facilities to staff, And upper management doesn't want to take responsibilities on work that comes under their job titles.

I liked the atmosphere there, the cooperation with the staff, the all religions culture atmosphere and the freedom to work independently without any pressure

company hiring process sucks and the management only bring their relatives for senoir postion and due to this company employ suffer becuase of bad management.

Company management is very nice. They keep their plants running even in this worst market situation and giving the employees the opportunity to work and earn.
