The parents appreciation received about the school administration and activities of my branch were mostly unnoticed during appraisals.Training few inexperienced staff and regular commuting between two branches was painful.Reporting to too many bosses is a major constraint. Growth is very slow.

Disgusting attitude of HR and admin department toward teachers. Teaching is supposed to be a noble profession, but teachers are not respected and treated in a demeaning manner by school administration. Teachers live under constant pressure and fear as they are blamed for every little thing. The school has hundreds of rules for teachers but barely any for the students. Also, academic staff isn't paid very well. It's a toxic environment.

The most important thing or fact I love about CHIREC is high quality education, great team and excellent Top - Level Management. No scope for any kind of discrimination. They provide ample of time to learn and understand work and team.

It's the most horrible place to work .. No work life balance. Nothing can be expected from the firm in exchange of the hard service given by you to them.. NO RECOGNITION EVER.
