The parents appreciation received about the school administration and activities of my branch were mostly unnoticed during appraisals.Training few inexperienced staff and regular commuting between two branches was painful.Reporting to too many bosses is a major constraint. Growth is very slow.

Teaching is supposed to be a noble profession, but teachers are not respected and treated in a demeaning manner by school administration. Teachers live under constant pressure and fear as they are blamed for every little thing. The school has hundreds of rules for teachers but barely any for the students.
