I have worked with CHEC in Sri Lanka major project , I joint as assistance QS 2006 and i have resigned the company as QS while this time period management has supported to develop my carrier. After 4 years again i have joint as Senior QS their building project, management has given fully responsibility to handle the QS section and keep confidence of my work. further they are flexible to give leaves and managment well aware about local culture.

I have worked project basis after complete the project their is less chance to find the another project that result to job risk
