The best part about working with Chimera Technologies is you always get a chance to make your self more better. You are given the opportunity to grow up frontally.

Dislikes

I shouldn’t say dislikes. But if you aren’t able to manage your work in time. Your work life will not be balanced. So it is totally up to you how you manage it. I see no flaws in the company.

Likes

They never let you sit idle or be on bench. There will be always work for you to upskill yourself. Few managers who are old employees of the company will always guide you whenever you need help. They have standardised performance appraisal process.

Dislikes

Though there are multiple awards and appreciation programs, you hardly get recognised by the management or they do not wanto appreciation unless there is some benefit involved. You will get this appreciation when you resign. The HR policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to have good quality bandwidth for communication with customer but there is no policy to reimburse internet charges. They expect high quality deliverables with old laptops and mac systems to work. While leaving the company they assess the laptop and make you bare the cost to repair the laptop. Most of the employees are under paid. We need to justify for everything with HR for what you deserve as an employee of the company. Suggestion to the management: You always claim that Chimera is because of its employees. So please respect your employees feedback also.
