First) For FC - Admin & Finance Role, whatever the field officer, specialist & other person says are the best for you, you are not required to use your mind in the program you are just the operator and do whatever they say. Second) for the finance part there is no training of the new joined staff because whoever joins first will brief you and train you, and you will see there are many changes what you learn from older Finance personnel and when you start working. Third) There is no office setup in many new location, people are working in cafe, home. there is no fund for new office setup. they will rely on you clear the work with your own money and when you claim the money then will tell you the provision which they are following ( They didn't re - imburce you the money they tell you to claim in vendor's bill and take it from vendor's.)

Mr. Rajeev Raman, Abhishek Anurag Toppo and Dipuchand mallick, types low class persons creates bad environment for the employees. Signature value of country director of this organisation is zero.
