Work life balance. The project team is good and supportive.

Dislikes

The manager of the digital team is outright liar. He's partial towards his favourite people. Even if one gives constructive opinion, he ignores it. He says he knows about digital marketing but uses ChatGPT for writing video scripts and claims as his own writing.

I have a great time working for this unique non-profit organization and got to meet some really nice people. Most really cared about what they are doing and it showed. The management takes good care of their employees and child's.

Actually the organisation is good really i appreciate but the blr management are not good y because they did give any explirance letters i have approached few time thay will sad we will mail u but they didn't do that and they don't follow the commpany rules my experience in that I am saying only management was not remain all good

My experience was very good.Staff is supportive.call practice was very nice.All facilities for staff advanced tea coffee.I enjoyed here all festival .they really give the Respect to woman's. because the woman's day celebration was really they showed respect and love and honour. providing the quality and expensive gift.

Dislikes

They have system calling but inspite of that company gives priority to paper data calling and I find this thing very boring. Also calls are not made as much as they should be. I think this is a weak point.
