Frankly speaking, region plays a key role especially in South and Central regions. I am really unsatisfied to work with people like this. Apart from this we can learn many technical and operations aspects here. Training was exxellent.

Existing management is not good. Culture is toxic and very biased to some people. It's very stressful mentally. Even though you might not be working you always have fear at the back of your mind. Fear driven

The Gradation level which starts from G and end at A with General Manager so practically the growth ends at level C for most of employees.

There is a excellent organization to learn everything about compressor, and generating the may skills like customer handling or after market.

Dislikes

There is a strong team but team leader is very weak due to this we will not planning well.
