Nigerians are supportive and good in nature. However general tendancy is to make money somehow. However this attitude is purely coming from poverty and some few people sucking blood of poor Nigerian community. I love to work with the lower class and masses over there.

Dislikes

Salary disparity and you will not be at par in compensation with your work load and quality of people. Especially when it comes to expaty salary then there is no rule. If you are lucky to our get or else you repent ok n your own decision. You can have a very substandard Expat working with you and probably drawing more money than you.

Its would be good if they give an opportunity to travel once in 6 months instead of a year.It will definitely motivate and can do better in our daily job roles

The new Management of Chi Limited is confused. For Branch Manager job profile they have done too much experiment & they don't want to work with old staff they have brought their own staff from other companies .They don't know the beverage business and too much blame game is on old staff .

Team mates are cooperative, yes professional politics and Back biting are there. But as such work environment is very good but there is no development program and welfare for staff.Appraisal is just for filing.It rest is all decided by what management wants to give.

Dislikes

There is no planning of launching of New Brands, no feed back from Sales force. Launching flavour without any survey. Job is not secured, It is contractual for expats.
