In the name of chetu benefits basket chetu deducted more than one lakh rupees from your gross salary. No extra leave only 4 paid leaves in year. Alternate Saturday working. Bonus is added in salary slip when there is problem in your project that amount of bonus will deducted from your salary.

...hat too, they sign bond at the time of joining for training itself, for 4 years. And you need to pay 2.5Lakhs incase you want to leave in between. Can't believe how disgusting a company can be

...s means every working Saturday 1 hour training and performs only CURD operation. No Job security with out notice they fired directly and document and salary provide after 45 days. Monthly grading system is nitpick. You are working last 16months on project and handle your project is done assign new project if your two month review is below and fired. If asked to project change to FM he never changed. Food is very bad and on benefit basket 8k per month no free juice in every month 2-3 times cockroach in food. No life insurance. If you resigned then serving 90 days notice period. Fired immediately does not matter how long you are working there job security is 0%. Now new joiners have 2 years bond hr don't talk about this if you got offer letter you can see this in your offer letter. Chetu is not a world class software solution it is a third class.

Very poor rules and regulations in Chetu, I and here from last 2 year, now I want to go from here as, I am frustrated and my current salary is low as compared to others. 4 year bond with cheque, means Chetu wha kya baat hai bandwa majwoor rakh lo 15000 me. Mast hai. And permanent work from office even in severity conditions.

Chetu is very harmful organisation like smoking or slow Poisson for your skill and your growth and your family. Very time wasting organisation of employee and clients no management.
