The think I liked the most was that every year there was annual increment of 12.5%.Payment is always done on time.There is transport facility that too for general shift only.

... jobs.There is no notice period once the employees are fired out of the company.They don't even pay salary for the next 3 months if an employee is thrown out of the company which of course violates the constitutional rules.There is no job training for fresher's.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
