The think I liked the most was that every year there was annual increment of 12.5%.Payment is always done on time.There is transport facility that too for general shift only.

Dislikes

I always had to work for more than 8 hours every day.Work culture is very poor.There is always some or the other maintenance issues in the company.There is no job security at all.The employees working in Chenitan Color chem are always afraid of loosing their jobs.Therefore they always tend to look for new jobs.There is no notice period once the employees are fired out of the company.They don't even pay salary for the next 3 months if an employee is thrown out of the company which of course violates the constitutional rules.There is no job training for fresher's....Read More

Work Details

My job was really hectic as I was the only Maintenance engineer whose responsibility is to do the Maintenance of the whole plant.I was assisted with only 1 fitter with me to do the entire plant maintenance job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
