Work Life balance is only good.

Dislikes

For off role candidate, it's bad. No respect, no good salary, no hike, no job security. Only 3month contract which renews on every 3 months. It's sister concern company of Samsung Group.

Likes

Good exposure to big clients and projects. Friendly colleagues and plenty benefits like free lunch, 1 out-of-office team lunch per month, cab sevice if you get late and Diwali gifts :)

Dislikes

...ork environment - No work-life balance - Pathetic appraisals/unfair promotions - Unnecessarily strict audits (only for select employees) and deduction of salary on the pretext of lateness. - Senior Management doesn't care for their teams leading to no career growth. - Wrong hirings, leading to wrong people in the right places. It might not look like a big deal, but it really does affect the entire team. - Least pro-activeness among team leads, who don't have a care in the world about their responsibilities as a team leader. - Everybody talks about innovation here but hardly anyone knows what it means. At Cheil, you are on your own. Everyone is working to eat your hard work and credit away. There is very strict audit and even if you are 1 minute late, your half day salary is gone. Without fail, everytime you miss the attendance by a second your hard earned money of 4 hours work of that day is zero. No benefit of staying late. You'll be in a very politically influenced work environment and people will eat away your years of hard work, not to mention steal the much deserving credit you should get, from right under your nose. You may work hard, dedicate your life and soul to the job and the tasks at hand to keep the ball rolling for the entire team/agency, but only to your surprise one day you will be told that no one knows how hard you work or what all you work on and will still be rated as an average employee just because you "couldn't package your work". I mean, really? And there goes your much-deserved appraisal and awaited promotion out of the window along with it.

Company culture is fast working with out planing.

Compensation is average, But growth is slow. the work pressure is very high every time due to long process of work. Manager do not value of an Individual,

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!

Management will only think about their own people, they will never appreciate your efforts or give you bonus on the basis of your performance. - Health compromising environment - Unnecessary pressure and deadlines - Worst HR Policy - No Paternity leave available
