... strict working hours in and out policy. Nothing is being tracked at that front.
Decent salary I'd say
Someone said: India is a dumping ground for US. I totally agree to it. Felt it after joining.
No one and I literally mean No one in India questions the US people. They do whatever you have been asked. Late night calls, do it according to US people. You build a project, get it reviewed from US. They look at you like you don't worth it. Cheap labour.
India team tries to get in good books of US, always still it's not enough. Showing is mor than doing because US team needs to see it.
Depends on managers to managers. Some help you, others just want you get work done with no support from their side.
Company is in decline due to OpenAI. Layoffs have happened couple of times in 2024 already.
As a freelancer there is no specifuc time bound to the work also we can work at own pace.
Dislikes
The compensation is less compared to the work alos there are reviewers who gives inappropriate reviews for the submitted solutions which affects the QC score and thereby question flow. Also during holidays there are very few questions available on the platform. As qustions are mostly posted by US students, thus one has to work in night if want to solve the questions.

...tant availability and responsiveness can lead to burnout.

Overall experience is fine but payment is very low and managers are not well behaved. There are some scams running under their nose and they refuse to recognise the same even after telling them about the whole thing.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary on time and bonus every year.
