...company. Excellent work environment. Leadership is transparent and approachable. Salary is decent. It is complete work from home profile which saves travel time and allows work life balance. There are incentive and RnR Programs also. Team activities are also conducting and winners get rewards. There are learning and awareness programs for us on LMS platform. HR also connects regularly to check about the wellbeing of employees.

The only thing good about the company is that salary is credited on time. Except the fact there is nothing good in the company

Salary is good and provide work from home. Night allowance is also good.

Dislikes

Process very different from other companies. Management is not good. All HR are on 3rd party payroll they have no any right to take the decision. He fullfill the demand of mamagement.

Salary offered from CHCS is good.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

CHCS is a new company, recently separated from Capgemini so they doesn't have their own IT & HR team. Both are third party and due to this employee can't get their issues resolution on time. Also work load is very high with no job security.
