It's a good company for those who don't need any work stress. But also the salary is not much as per your expectations, Career growth and appraisal is very slow.

After provision increase only 1000. Salary is not good. Appraisal promotion is very slow

Only good thing is compensation and benefits which i guess is almost same everywhere. So ultimately nothing to be mentioned good here

Dislikes

Slavery culture, no decision making and leadership skills even in top executives. Even Senior management is treated like waiters by them. Absolutely say NO to this company, no technology and marketing sense. Career will be ruined completely. By the time employee will realise this, it’s too late. They will throw employees out at any time.

Experience ok. Bcz time will teach you along with work. Some times have to bear Whole work and solo role have to play for project engineers.

Dislikes

Generally at other MNCs we have separate streams of engineers for specific roles. But where as here we have to work like an all rounders and package will be same.

Nothing, save and except the location of its corporate office at Bangalore.

The cheapest, unprofessional and third class mentality of few south indians persons who are running CP's Indian group companies by default.

Waste company... worst management by methar p, avp.. he is waste body.

Dislikes

Methar. P avp of this company, he is waste body, without doing any work always he is on video call. He never treat marketing officers like human being.
