Location very far. No job security and pathetic work life balance. No proper detailed brief is shared by client. lots of work pressure, tat and sla. Lots of Politics and favouritism. Deadline is also not shared by client

Good environment for creative persons, Freshers can easily learn and experience the quality work, and lot of network apportunity Overall building a carrier in CT is like growing in your own home.
