Good Work Environment and Culture other Teammates are supportive and the management. Working Hours Freedom Good cafeteria cleaning staffs awesome.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not in decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.But they can fire us.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Got the job I was interviewed for and the clients are okay to work for. I am getting the salary I was told in the offer letter although no appraisal yet since I joined 1.7 years ago and the performance bonus is also pending.
