Good Work Environment and Culture other Teammates are supportive and the management. Working Hours Freedom Good cafeteria cleaning staffs awesome.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not in decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.But they can fire us.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Got the job I was interviewed for and the clients are okay to work for. I am getting the salary I was told in the offer letter although no appraisal yet since I joined 1.7 years ago and the performance bonus is also pending.

No Culture. No Hikes. No Benefits. No Team-building activities. No Career Growth opportunities. No shades in Parking. No Pantry/vending machines. No Clean rest rooms. No Health facets in toilets. ...o respect from top level management. Employees are treated as like curry leaves. Once you complete project immediately you will be lay off without any notice and salary benefits. 200% no job security.
